At a very young age, Mary knew weddings were what she was destined for. It was an easy choice to go to NAU for her degree in HRM to help pursue her dream of planning events. She is a romantic and organizational guru in one. Almost every father daughter dance makes her cry. She loves soft blush tones, hydrangeas, and above all, being a dog mom! Mary is an Arizona native, loves to open her home to entertain friends and family, and wants to bring that sense of hospitality to your event. She met the love her life, Angela, while working at The Wrigley Mansion over seven years ago, so that historic venue has a special spot in her heart.
Lindsey is sunshine in a person! She is practically an Arizona native with over 10 years of event planning experience. She has spent the last five years specializing in client services across multiple industries with a newfound passion for wedding planning. Lindsey represented our beautiful state of Arizona on Say Yes to the Dress America where she married her long-time love, Ben, in a Central Park ceremony. She is a huge music fan and is constantly attending local concerts, music festivals, and any other music-related event! Bringing Lindsey onto the team has been a joy. She takes great care and consideration for our couples, and she is ready to get to know all of you!
Katie found her passion for event planning in the corporate world in addition to the non-profit space. It wasn't until Katie planned her own wedding that she fell in love with love and helping other couples execute their dream wedding! She loves all things neutral and anything that pays homage to the beautiful state of Arizona. Oh, and peonies! She relishes in the not so glamorous side of wedding planning, and finds complete joy in connecting with our couples through the planning process and wedding day! Katie is a dog lover and Arizona native who enjoys the outdoors! She also loves spending time with her husband, twin boys, and their friends and family!

Jessica is the one with the infectious smile! She is willing to step in wherever and whenever needed! Hailing from the Arizona desert, Jessica has loved everything weddings, events, and hospitality since she could remember. From 2014, she started from the bottom as a wedding planner intern turned assistant for a high end company in Southern California while simultaneously working for an event florist! A few years later, she found herself managing Anaheim's newest indoor venue with the highly respected catering team, 24 Carrots. Moving up the coast to Paso Robles, Jessica made her home at a vineyard wedding venue just opening their doors. Since then, Jessica made the career change from Venue Manager to Stay at Home Mom! She, her husband, and two kiddos headed back to the desert. Jessica scratches her wedding itch with our team and we're so lucky to have her!
Samantha is your calming best friend during the hectic wedding day! Her experience in the hospitality industry stems from years of bartending and serving in a fast paced environment, so she is not scared of what is to come on wedding day! She brings such a calming nature and always loves to laugh with you! She has a background in Event Planning and Business Management from Arizona State, where she had experience in planning events in a team environment. We love having Samantha as part of our team to bring a special touch to the day!
Preston is the one who comes in clutch! She always has the most attentive mind and can really see the big picture! She is an Arizona native who has been involved with events in some capacity for as long as she can remember. She spends as much time as she can in the sunshine, has way too many photos of her cats on her camera roll, and loves finding a new local spot around the valley. Outside of her work with the Details Wedding Co. team, she enjoys her work in the corporate sustainability space, freelancing digital design, spending time in the wood shop, and creating things that make people smile!
